Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Large Spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 Acai Packets Sambazon Original Blend
  • 44 grams Frozen Banana 1/2 small banana
  • 56 grams Almond Milk 1/4 cup (I used unsweetened)
  • 3/4 tbsp Almond Butter Optional
  • 1 handful Blueberries To taste
  • 1 handful Raspberries To taste
  • 1/2 Banana To taste
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter As a topping, to taste
  • 1 handful Granola To taste

Instructions

  • Rinse the acai packets under the faucet for about 6 seconds to loosen them up
  • Cut the tops of the packets with scissors
  • Add acai packet content to blender
  • Measure out milk of choice and add to blender
  • Add frozen banana to blender
  • Add almond butter to blender
  • Blend ingredients for about thirty five seconds or until smooth
  • Pour blended contents into a small bowl
  • Add toppings like: blueberries, raspberries, 1/2 banana, granola and almond butter. To make it more presentable place ingredients in their own section.

Notes

Enjoy the bowl as soon as possible because the longer you wait the more it will melt. If you’d like a more solid consistency, skip the almond butter in the blending phase. I tend to enjoy this meal with an iced coffee and sometimes a hot coffee. Since I don’t add sugar to my coffee it provides a nice contrast.
